Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, unloading inbound shipments, accurately counting and inspecting products, storing items, and picking orders for shipment. Must maintain accurate inventory records, rotate stock, and support safety and housekeeping standards. Will operate RF scanning equipment and basic computer systems, and may use forklifts or pallet jacks. Must be physically capable of standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling repetitive tasks while meeting productivity KPIs. Prior RF-scanner experience is a plus; weekend availability may be required. Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids
- Bend, twist, squat, climb, reach; use ladder when necessary
- Basic math to identify quantities
- Ability to read alphanumeric sequences
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanning equipment familiarity
- Prior experience with RF scanners is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
