Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; operate RF scanners; maintain inventory accuracy; uphold safety and productivity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Bend, twist, squat, climb, reach; use ladder when necessary
- Basic math to identify product quantity
- Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic computer and RF scanning equipment operation
- RF scanning experience is a plus
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
- Operate equipment and forklift certification or training may be required for certain roles
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
- Meet productivity standards and KPI benchmarks
- Accurate inventory and stock rotation
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle varying weights
