Job Summary
NAPA Auto Parts seeks a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; troubleshoot and solve problems during these activities; maintain accurate inventory and safety standards; ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; operate RF scanning equipment and use basic math to manage quantities; meet productivity KPIs while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds
- Pushing and pulling 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with ladder
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior RF scanning equipment experience is a plus
- Availability to work M-F with occasional weekend work as needed
