Job Summary
NAPA Auto Parts seeks a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to perform receiving, replenishing, picking, loading, and related duties in a fast-paced warehouse. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, storing product, order picking, transporting items to shipping, ensuring inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged, maintaining inventory records, stock rotation, and upholding safety standards. The role requires operating RF scanning equipment, basic math, reading alphanumeric sequences, and practical computer use. Physical demands include standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to push/pull heavy loads, with flexibility to work Monday–Friday and occasional weekends. Prior RF scanning experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach as needed
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Ability to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior work experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus
