Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Troubleshoot and solve problems during daily warehouse operations; ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; maintain inventory records; operate RF scanning equipment; adhere to safety programs and pursue productivity KPIs. Requires ability to lift 25–50+ pounds, stand/walk long shifts, climb ladders, and work extended hours with occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, and reach; climb ladders when necessary
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Ability to read alphanumeric sequences
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate RF scanning equipment
- Prior RF scanning experience is a plus
- Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work as needed
