Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Duties include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, storing products, order picking, transporting orders to shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Must ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged, report variances, and uphold safety standards. Role requires standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, handling a variety of warehouse tasks, and using RF scanning equipment to manage inventory; familiarity with KPIs and safety programs is a plus. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work; training and certification may be required to operate certain equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- Push and pull 300 pounds with mechanical aids as needed
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus
- Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend hours
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (where applicable)
