Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Will unload inbound shipments, sign for shipments when necessary, and ensure accurate quantities and damage-free handling. Perform inventory tasks, maintain stock rotation, and ensure a clean, safe work area while meeting productivity KPIs. Must be able to stand/walk for the shift, lift up to 50 pounds (with or without aids), and operate RF scanning equipment and basic computer systems. Role includes physical duties, safety adherence, and potential weekend work; hourly rate is $19.25 with potential progressions. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and additional perks. Location is Williamsville, NY, USA; on-site (in-person) role. GPC/Genpt background and safety-conscious operations emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical aids
- Able to bend, twist, squat, climb, reach
- Basic math and ability to read alphanumeric sequences
- Experience with RF scanning equipment preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
- Proficiency with computer and RF scanning equipment
- Experience with operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) may be a plus
