Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Duties include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, identifying and addressing damaged goods, accurately picking orders, transporting to shipping locations, maintaining inventory records with proper stock rotation, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards. Requires physical stamina to stand/walk for long shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, familiarity with RF scanning equipment, basic math, and comfort with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes problem-solving during daily warehouse operations and adherence to safety policies. Willingness to work Monday–Friday with possible weekends; training and certification may be required for equipment operation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling 300 pounds with aids
- Bend, twist, squat, climb, reach
- Basic math skills and ability to read alphanumeric sequences
- Basic computer and RF scanning equipment proficiency
