Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products in a fast-paced facility. Tasks include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, storing items, order picking, transporting orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Must operate RF scanning equipment, perform basic math, read alphanumeric sequences, and stand/walk for the shift. Role requires lifting 25–50 pounds (up to 50 in some cases), pushing/pulling carts and equipment, climbing ladders as needed, and adhering to safety and KPI-driven performance. Second shift: 3:00pm–11:45pm; benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and additional perks. Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids
- Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, reach; use of ladder when necessary
- Basic math and ability to identify quantities
- Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic computer and RF scanning equipment operation
- RF scanning experience is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) and pass certification if required
- Manual dexterity for handling small items; repetitive motions; maintain accuracy and safety
