Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate at NAPA Auto Parts responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products, with accountability for unloading inbound shipments, verifying quantities against manifests, transporting orders to shipping locations, and maintaining accurate inventory. Must ensure inbound/outbound shipments are undamaged, maintain safety and housekeeping, follow KPI-driven productivity targets, and perform problem-solving during daily warehouse operations. Requires ability to lift 25–50 pounds (up to 50 with varying weights), stand/walk for extended periods, bend/twist/squat, climb as needed, and operate basic computer and RF scanning equipment; prior RF scanning experience is a plus. The role includes occasional weekend work and adherence to safety policies within a fast-paced distribution environment, reporting to leadership and participating in general duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids
- Stand/walk for entire shift
- Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Operate RF scanning equipment or willingness to learn
