Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate at NAPA Auto Parts responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Duties include unloading inbound shipments, confirming counts against manifests, shelving/store locations, ensuring accuracy and absence of damage, transporting orders to shipping, maintaining inventory and stock rotation, adhering to safety programs, and achieving KPI targets. Must be able to stand/walk for a full shift, lift up to 50 pounds (and push/pull 300 pounds with assistance), bend/twist/squat/reach, climb ladders, perform repetitive scanning tasks, and use RF scanning equipment; basic math and computer proficiency required. Prior RF-scanning experience is a plus; full-time role located in Denver, CO with typical Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend work; benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and additional perks.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Bend, twist, squat, climb, reach; use a ladder as needed
- Basic math to identify product quantity
- Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus
