Job Summary

Monitor safety and security deficiencies, reporting issues and taking corrective steps to protect NFM staff. Manage delivery of training programs covering Safety, Service, and Production methods while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Plan attendance at OSHA-required safety classes and specific training such as quality, Service Plus, and Back Education. Assist with workload priorities to ensure timelines are met. This role supports our vision of helping customers feel right at home in a stable, safe environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 years old
  • 1-year labor or warehouse experience
  • Lift test requirement: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check

Desired Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • NFM Warehouse experience preferred for internal candidates
