Job Summary
Lead and manage the warehouse department to deliver safe, high-quality, and productive operations. You will own day-to-day department performance, prioritise tasks, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with safe systems of work. You’ll supervise and support colleagues, analyze inventory and data, produce clear reports, collaborate across teams, and coach staff to meet business goals while managing shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
