Job Summary
Warehouse & Delivery Specialist supports Insight FS operations by performing delivery, inventory control, housekeeping, repairs, and customer service at the Darlington, WI location. Responsible for managing inventory, daily/seasonal stocking, and paperwork, delivering products to customers, loading bulk pesticides and related materials, maintaining equipment and records, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The role requires forklift operation, CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements, pesticide handling certification, the ability to lift heavy loads, and readiness to travel as needed. Maintains product handling equipment, assists in maintenance of grain systems where applicable, and upholds safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years or more of agriculture or warehouse related work experience
- Forklift operation certification (must obtain and maintain)
- Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement
- Mixer Loader Pesticide Certified & License
- Ability to lift at least 60 pounds frequently
- Willingness to travel independently and overnight
- Compliance with safety procedures (OSHA/DOT) and company policies
