Job Summary
Receive, organize, transfer, and pick merchandise within the warehouse. Prepare furniture and merchandise for delivery, then load and unload large items while safely operating company trucks and warehouse equipment. Assist customers with pickups and load-outs, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow safety procedures, communicate professionally with supervisors, and support inventory control functions. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 100–150 lbs. Stable full-time schedule with PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT health screening
- Ability to consistently lift 100–150 lbs
- Comfortable bending, lifting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to safely operate warehouse tools and equipment
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
