Job Summary
Manage delivery operations and a team of drivers on assigned routes in Ft. Lewis, WA; plan dispatch, verify deliveries, maintain purchase and packing records, handle daily invoices, coordinate with Administration to resolve order issues, mentor and develop staff, schedule and train employees, ensure accurate inventory and proper packaging, and ensure safe vehicle operation and compliance with policies. Responsibilities include routing, receiving, loading/unloading, billing adherence, customer interaction, and maintaining performance metrics and reports. Requires supervisory experience in retail/wholesale, familiarity with warehouse operations, and proficiency in MS Office and Excel; military experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years in supervisory role in retail, wholesale, or supply operation
- Fork Lift certification preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- Strong administrative and managerial skills
