Job Summary
Delivery Helper / Warehouse Associate role combining warehouse duties with customer-facing delivery support. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and organizing appliance inventory; safely moving, staging, and preparing appliances for outgoing routes; operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment; assisting with unloading and installing appliances at customer locations; double-checking orders for accurate deliveries; maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse; and potentially accompanying deliveries in a 26’ box truck when needed. Emphasis on teamwork, strong customer service, safety awareness, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills (required)
- Experience as a Delivery Helper, Warehouse Associate, or Material Handler (preferred)
- 2 yrs of driving box truck preferred for days when needed to help in Delivery
- Valid DOT Medical Card Required
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance and equipment
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
