Job Summary
Operate Class C vehicles and material handling equipment to deliver bulk and packaged lubricant products while ensuring correct loading and documentation. Complete product inventory at customer sites, fulfill orders, and provide administrative support to sales staff and dispatchers. Process warehouse paperwork, verify tank contents, and maintain truck and yard cleanliness. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to restock and organize inventory following First-In-First-Out principles. Perform general maintenance on buildings, equipment, and tank pumps. Greet walk-in customers and assist with fuel and lubricant product loading. Work 40+ hours per week on day shift with occasional weekend and evening travel, including overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years operating delivery vehicles / performing warehouse duties in adverse to extreme weather conditions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills using MS Office Suite
- Clean driving record
- Travel

- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
- Excellent stamina
- Ability to work on or near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
- Ability to work in high, precarious places
- Ability to be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
- Ability to wear safety equipment including eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats

Desired Qualifications
- Class A or B CLD with TX Endorsements, No Air Brake or Automatic Transmission Restrictions
- Advanced computer and device skills across common office and industry platforms
- Experience with ExxonMobil Lubricant products
- Current CPR / AED / First Aid Certification
- Diesel Repair Certifications
- Hydraulic Certifications
- ICML or STLE Certifications
