Job Summary
Operate Class C vehicles and material handling equipment to deliver bulk and packaged lubricant products while ensuring correct loading and accurate Proof of Delivery documentation. Complete product inventory at customer sites, process warehouse paperwork, and verify tank contents and delivery quantities against Sales Orders and Bills of Lading. Unload trucks, restock warehouse areas, and maintain equipment including tanks and pumps. Provide administrative support to Lube Ops Manager and Sales staff, including order entry and dispatching drivers. Greet walk-in customers to assist with fuel and lubricant product selections. Perform daily walk-throughs to identify leaks, spills, and facility damage, ensuring yard areas remain clean and organized. Maintain truck appearance and inventory items such as spill pads and nozzles. Work 40+ hours per week on the day shift with occasional weekend and evening travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years operating delivery vehicles / performing warehouse duties in adverse to extreme weather conditions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills using MS Office Suite
- Clean driving record

- Class A or B CLD with TX Endorsements, No Air Brake or Automatic Transmission Restrictions

- Current CPR / AED / First Aid Certification
- Diesel Repair Certifications
- Hydraulic Certifications
- ICML or STLE Certifications
