Job Summary
Load, secure, and transport automotive glass products safely while delivering to customers on an assigned route. Operate company vehicles including box trucks and warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Accurately pick, pack, and load orders, conduct routine vehicle inspections, and maintain delivery records. Unload shipments and assist customers, ensuring all fragile materials arrive undamaged. Perform inventory checks and material organization as needed. Follow safety protocols and communicate with dispatch and warehouse personnel. This part-time role operates from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a $23.50 hourly rate and includes a 401(k) match. Weekend shifts may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Medical DOT certification
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 pounds regularly
- Weekend shifts
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery driving experience, preferably handling fragile materials
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loading, securing, and delivering products
