Job Summary
Unload and deliver pallets of products to customers efficiently and safely while accurately pulling orders and counting received items. Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to facilitate loading and unloading, maintaining an organized, clean, and safe environment in compliance with safety protocols. Manage inventory control by storing products in appropriate locations and report any damages, losses, or unsellable conditions to management promptly. Handle merchandise with care to ensure optimal condition upon arrival, communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory or order issues, and provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Occasional out-of-town travel may be required. Valid driver's license with a clean record, forklift operation skills, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to warehouse and transportation operations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented mindset
- Able to lift, move and carry objects up to 75 lbs
- Able to work early morning hours
- Able to work in temp control environment (~ 55 degrees)
- Able to operate a vehicle during various weather and road conditions for extended periods of time throughout the working day
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
