Job Summary
Join Weston Mills as a Warehouse/Delivery Driver Helper to unload and prep furniture, assist with deliveries, and support the team on in-home installations. You3ll unload furniture up to 100lbs+, use an RF scan gun to track product storage, assemble furniture with drills and hand tools, prep the next day3s deliveries, and ride along to assist with deliveries with a path toward advancing to a driving delivery truck. The role requires a valid driver3s license with a clean history; 18+ to hire, with 21+ required for driving positions due to insurance. High School Diploma or GED is required. Mechanically inclined candidates with warehouse/delivery experience are preferred. DOT certification (physical/drug screen) may be required upon hire. The schedule features a 4-day work week (Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with weekly pay at $18/hour, plus benefits (health, vision, dental), PTO, holidays, personal days, 401K, uniform provided, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Required Qualifications
