Job Summary
Load and unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner, picking and packing orders for delivery while maintaining timely and accurate delivery to specified locations. Perform warehouse housekeeping, inventory control, and materials handling when called upon. Become familiar with delivery routes and customer preferences. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 lbs, with a valid driver's license and age 21 or older. Pay is $21.00 to $24.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- valid driver's license
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current medical certification card
- the ability to obtain and maintain a medical certification card
- Continuous lifting and carrying 1-20 lbs
- Frequent lifting and carrying 21-50 lbs
- Occasional lifting and carrying 51-100 lbs
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)
- Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point)
- Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
