Job Summary
Load, unload, and stage tires for warehouse storage and customer deliveries, including unloading products at business locations. Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while inspecting, packing, counting, and labeling orders using the bin locator system. Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain logs, and collect payments for Cash on Delivery transactions. Perform cycle counts and participate in inventory control procedures. Ensure vehicles remain clean and mechanically sound, reporting defects immediately. Complete assigned training modules and other tasks as directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver's license (does not include driver's permit)
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Work up to 35 feet above ground-level
- Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Follow traffic rules and regulations by safely driving TireHub vehicles to deliver tires to customer locations
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems
- Must be able to maintain a forklift certification
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height
Desired Qualifications
- Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice
- Driving during the night or in inclement weather may be required
