Job Summary
Load and unload tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, including staging products at business locations. Inspect, tally, and label orders using the bin locator system while operating forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks. Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain logs, and collect payments for Cash on Delivery transactions. Ensure vehicles remain clean and mechanically sound, reporting defects immediately. Perform cycle counts and inventory control procedures as assigned. Monday through Saturday with fluctuating day shift hours. Starting wage of $20.70 per hour with guaranteed increases. Reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver's license (does not include driver's permit)
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Work up to 35 feet above ground-level
- Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Follow traffic rules and regulations by safely driving TireHub vehicles to deliver tires to customer locations
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems
- Must be able to maintain a forklift certification
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height
Desired Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice
- Driving during the night or in inclement weather may be required
