Warehouse Delivery Associate-Full Time

Job Summary
Operate a 26ft box truck to load, transport, and deliver materials to job sites; safely load, secure, and transport outbound materials from the warehouse; offload and stage products at construction sites per installation requirements; receive, unload, and inventory inbound materials, verifying against bills of lading; pick up materials from suppliers and return them to the warehouse with proper documentation; verify accuracy of deliveries using company paperwork; perform additional duties and special projects to support departmental and organizational objectives; standard warehouse hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM with occasional evenings and weekends; lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to read and comprehend safety manuals and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Word, Excel) strongly preferred
- Industry experience in homebuilding, construction, or similar fields strongly preferred
