Job Summary
Lead day warehouse operations and supervise the daytime warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow, accuracy, and high-level customer service. Responsibilities include managing returns, receiving, put-away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion; directing pick-pack processes with pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment; maintaining food-safe environments; training staff on policy and procedures; coordinating with shifts and other departments to ensure smooth operations; and upholding safety and quality standards in a multi-temperature produce warehouse in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Power Pallet Jacks: (Required)
- Fresh Produce experience preferred
- Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
- Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
- Prior experience working in the food industry.
