Job Summary
Warehouse Customer Service Representative at GEODIS handling customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person; processing orders, adjusting billing/service issues, coordinating shipping, posting inventory records, generating paperwork, and maintaining customer files. Requires 6 months of related experience, AS400/warehouse systems familiarity, strong PC skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), ability to write reports, present information, and solve practical problems. On-site role based in Riverside, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
- Experience with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
