Job Summary
CSR – Dedicated to e-commerce accounts, responsible for order preparation, handling returns, coordinating pick and pack tasks, managing emails and requests from off-site customers, data entry, scanning, and processing in the dedicated software system. Provides daily end-of-day status reports, assists with processing orders and documentation, and facilitates inter-departmental communication to deliver excellent customer support. Includes duties such as organizing workflow, shipping/receiving documentation, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Highly bilingual English/Spanish required; excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with potential overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Must be very detail oriented, thorough and accurate
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Shift- Monday to Friday, 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM
- Need to be flexible for over-time nights and Saturdays as needed
