Warehouse Customer Service Pickup Associate (Will Call Counter Clerk)

Look up customer information in the computer and interact face-to-face with customers arriving at the warehouse facility to pick up their orders. Assist with warehouse picking and packing duties, contact customers via phone as needed, and handle cancellations, returns, and product replenishment. Scan and enter invoices, ship out UPS orders, and maintain a clean and tidy work area. Perform inventory counts to ascertain product quantity accuracy and seek out other work during downtime. You may unload product for the will call display area or help customers load items into their vehicles. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting items weighing 10-30 pounds.
