Warehouse Customer Service (31658)

Assist walk-in customers with product selection and act as a liaison between the counter and sales for order picking and staging. Accurately pick, organize, and stage products for transfers, work orders, and deliveries while reporting discrepancies to the Department Manager. Maintain product integrity through proper handling, storage, and palletizing techniques, and perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping and consolidating items. Conduct and document forklift pre-trip inspections to ensure operational safety and compliance. High school diploma required; forklift experience preferred.
