Job Summary
Sweep, mop, and dust racks while performing interior and exterior building maintenance. Process trash removal and box scraps using a compactor, and operate floor scrubbers and other equipment. Assist in special projects and perform general labor to support operation requirements as needed. This role requires frequent movement of packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous custodial / cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
