Job Summary
Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other items from designated areas. Clean various flooring surfaces by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing. Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper labeling and use of cleaning chemicals. Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Operate specialized equipment including augers, balers, and waste compactors as needed. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy. Drive a culture of constant improvement by identifying and implementing projects to increase business-wide effectiveness. Abide by and enforce Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned. Work Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday from 6pm to 5am.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be available for Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday 6pm-5am schedule
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be willing to work inside or outside in various building and weather conditions
- Must be willing to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to lift/carry items generally weighing 50 lbs. or less
- Must be willing to walk/stand 85-90% of the shift
- Must be willing to go up and down stairs
- Must be willing to bend, stoop and reach
- Must be willing to undergo a 7-year background check
- Must be willing to undergo a drug test prior to employment
