Job Summary

Receive, ship, and label products for inbound and outbound order processing while performing quality control and inventory checks. Operate industrial powered forklifts including sit-down, reach, and stock pickers to prepare shipments for small parcels, LTL, and internal fleet delivery. Maintain equipment safety through daily checklists and keep the work area clean to ensure a safe environment. Manage logistics across event venues and warehouse settings, adhering to irregular hours, on-call status, and outdoor temperature exposures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in warehouse environment
  • Strong communication skills with other team members, site leadership team and internal and external customers
  • Organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience operating industrial forklift equipment
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High degree of commitment to service excellence
  • Must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore
  • Must be available for irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust
  • Must be able to work in moderately quiet to noisy volumes

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using an RF based WMS system (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume environment while being able to think creatively and effectively solve problems
