Job Summary
Operate a forklift and accurately load client merchandise while meeting unit quality and productivity metrics. Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, managing requests, resolving shipment issues immediately, and serving as the intermediary between client operations and the Crane Worldwide network. Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly, manage client reports to ensure accuracy, and follow up to guarantee client needs are met. Perform duties requiring standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and balancing individual responsibilities. Must be forklift certified, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess three years of related experience. This role is part of Crane's logistics team, which offers a Quarterly Incentive Plan, 17 days of paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications

- Accurately and courteously load client merchandise
- Acts as primary contact with client on site
- Available to the client for escalation when necessary
- Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client
- Manage all client requests
- Follow up to insure that client needs are met
- Responsible for managing client reports
- Assuring accuracy
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Balances individual responsibilities
- Consistently at work and on time
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
- Must be forklift certified
- Must pass an E-Verify Check
- Must meet pre-employment substance abuse testing requirements
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Three years related experience preferred
- Minimum one year industry experience preferred
