Warehouse Coordinator (Robin)

Job Summary
Prioritize daily warehouse workload, maintain training records, and identify safety hazards within the work area. Train new employees in material handling, assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking merchandise against purchase orders, and accurately stock materials physically and electronically. Read and transact customer orders, participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and monitor team KPIs to report process gaps to upper management. Sweep, dust, and organize the warehouse to ensure accessibility for salespeople and customers while documenting purchase orders and work orders for incoming and outgoing items. Requires 5+ years of related manufacturing experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and a valid forklift license. Ability to stand up to 10 hours daily in a non-air-conditioned shop environment with normal vision.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Computer knowledge includes warehouse ERP systems and MS Office software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to drive forklift
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Must be computer literate
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills to work with warehouse employees, peers, leadership, and cross functional departments
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day (with lunch in between) and up to 6 days a week
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
- Steel-toe boots required in Manufacturing Facility
- The use of Safety Glasses is required
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing or Greenbelt experience
- Dashboard, Metrics or Power BI experience
