Job Summary
Warehouse Coordinator role within the Supply Chain function, responsible for overseeing receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and compliance with quality, safety, and cost-efficiency standards. Key duties include managing picking/packing/issue of products, cycle counts and reconciliations, coordinating import/export activities, supporting distribution planning, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Requires diploma-related education and at least 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience; proficient in warehouse systems and MS Office; familiar with ERP/WMS and import/export processes. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to operate in a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Good understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage non-routine situations with initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and key issues from complex or incomplete data
- Basic proficiency in warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with import/export processes and documentation
- Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)
