Job Summary
Warehouse Coordinator responsible for directing inventory, shipping schedules, and supply procurement for infusion-patient care. Collaborates with nurses and pharmacists to ensure availability of patient supplies, maintains accurate inventory, sources cost-effective products, minimizes freight costs, conducts physical inventory, and supports on-call responsibilities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and basic PC/email skills; willing to travel up to ~50% for business. Pays range $16.40–$25.21/hour; benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience communicating both verbally on phone, one-on-one and in writing
- Basic level PC skills (start up/shut down computer, use mouse, switch between programs, save files, print documents, access information online)
- Basic email skills, internet explorer (sending, receiving, organizing communications)
