Job Summary
Receive all delivered equipment daily in accounting software and stage receipts for jobs with Project Managers. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse while coordinating outbound courier shipments and job site deliveries. Manage equipment returns and repairs, and oversee inventory to distribute stock for projects as needed. Safely operate a company vehicle and lift 25 pounds or more. This role supports NextGen Security's Dallas office in delivering service excellence to commercial and industrial clients through precise inventory management and logistics coordination.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
- Ability to climb ladders
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal mannersto customers, vendors,and to those within the company

Desired Qualifications
- Customer Serviceexperience(preferred)
- Experience with various shipping software platforms, UPSWorldShip, and FedEx(preferred)
- Understanding freight scheduling
- International shipping knowledge and documentation (preferred)
