Job Summary
Receive, store, clean, and repair donated items while arranging display areas for maximum utilization. Assist with loading and unloading, picking up and transporting donations, and issuing non-cash receipts. Maintain a clean appearance of the store and surrounding grounds. Operate check-out lanes and perform administrative duties as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers while representing the Youth Ranches and Sheriffs Ranches Enterprises positively. This full-time position offers $17.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision insurance, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be familiar with the entire process of non-cash gifts and the operation of the Thrift Store
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 100 pounds
- Must have close, distance, color and peripheral vision
- Must be able to occasionally sit, climb or balance
- Must be able to extensively stoop, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, listening, talking, using hands/fingers, and reaching with hands and arms
- Must be able to perform Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- Two years experience in a warehouse setting
