Job Summary
Warehouse Coordinator - Inventory responsibilities include performing inventory cycle counts across multiple warehouse locations, precise data entry into databases, reading invoices and shipping documents (invoices, shipping labels, BOLs), evaluating datasets for accuracy, researching and adjusting discrepancies, generating management/customer data reports, maintaining inventory logs, updating warehouse mapping, coordinating inbound receiving with the warehouse team, and communicating with cross-functional teams. Training is provided; candidates should be computer/tech savvy with Excel/Google Sheets, have 2+ years in inventory/cycle counting, reliable transportation, and an openness to weekend/overtime shifts; forklift and drone piloting are optional pluses.
