Warehouse Coordinator II

Coordinate import and export equipment positioning at dock doors and manage outbound trailer loading while assembling shipment documentation for customer facilities. Utilize WM9 and TLS operating systems to scan load slips, verify compliance with US Customs Rules, and enter closed-out loads into the computer system. Identify exceptions on freight paperwork, research overages or shortages, and relay carrier concerns to the customer service center. Produce bills of lading, manifests, and check sheets, maintaining hard copy files and updating system status continuously. Act as a point person for exception disposition and distribute KPIs to clients based on expectations.
