Warehouse Coordinator

Conduct pre-shift safety meetings, perform safety walks to ensure a safe work environment, and manage attendance and punctuality for all On-Site employees. Lead the team through leadership and professionalism while establishing priorities, meeting timelines, and deadlines. Monitor workers compensation and injury events, conduct Material Handling Equipment certifications, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Manage the time keeping program and continuously update the employee database. Issue disciplinary action when necessary and provide constant availability to employees, clients, and Full Steam Staffing management. Maintain bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
