Job Summary
Warehouse Coordinator to support material flow between the warehouse, field teams, and vendors in Orange, CA. Responsibilities include maintaining warehouse organization, pulling and staging material orders for field work, receiving shipments and entering materials into the inventory system, coordinating deliveries to job sites and vendor locations, performing regular inventory counts, maintaining stock accuracy, keeping the warehouse clean and safe, and providing day-to-day support to field technicians and office staff with material needs. Required skills include warehouse operations experience, familiarity with construction/fire protection/life safety, strong organizational abilities, safe material handling, basic inventory data entry, and a valid driver’s license with a permissible driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations strongly preferred
- Experience in construction, fire protection, or life safety industries strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and dependability
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry
- Ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including holding a valid driver’s license and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record.
