Job Summary
Plan, coordinate and execute warehouse operations for food program distributions: plan menus with HRMFS program staff, manage inventory, receive donations, drive 20’ dock truck for pickups/deliveries, maintain storage areas, ensure compliance with food shelf licenses, assist in scheduling routes, collaborate with program managers and staff to allocate products, update participant data, and participate in agency-wide committees. Ensure accurate order picking/loading, maintain cleanliness, perform regular counts, and generate administrative documents for deliveries. Requires High School level education, MN Class D license, DOT health card or ability to obtain, and Food Protection Manager certification or ability to obtain; proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. English fluency required; additional languages helpful.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Valid MN Class D License - Required
- Possess valid DOT health card or the ability to obtain one
- Possess food protection manager certificate or the ability to obtain one
- Experience: Driving dock truck 26,000 GVWR or less – preferred
- Criminal Background Check, if hired – Required
