Job Summary
Operate a forklift and load client merchandise accurately while meeting unit quality and productivity metrics. Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, managing requests and escalating shipment issues immediately to ensure prompt resolution. Serve as the intermediary between clients and Crane Worldwide operations teams, completing paperwork thoroughly and managing client reports with precision. Perform duties requiring long periods of standing or sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining consistent attendance. Must be forklift certified and possess three years of related experience. Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
- Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

- Accurately and courteously load client merchandise
- Acts as primary contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary
- Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution
- Manage all client requests and follows up to insure that client needs are met
- Responsible for managing client reports and assuring accuracy
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
- This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify Check.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Three years related experience preferred.
- Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
