Job Summary
Execute material picking, shipping, and put-away of inbound raw materials and finished goods across Carma locations. Prioritize work assignments and delegate to associates while assisting with auditing and outbound domestic and international orders. Ensure adherence to delivery standards, 5S, quality, and safety regulations using forklift operation skills. Participate in reporting departmental metrics and lead continuous improvement projects in an OTC/FDA/cGMP environment. This onsite full-time role requires lifting up to 45 pounds and functioning in highly stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Employee is to be an independent thinker and must be able to problem solve
- Fork Lift certification
- High school diploma or 1 year of applicable experience
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Employee must be able to stand and/or sit for up to 10 hours in a workday
- Ability to function in highly stressful situations
- This position is required to be onsite full time
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is preferred
- Lean principles
- Continuous Improvement experience in Warehousing Environment
- Experience in OTC/FDA/cGMP environment
