Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate daily warehouse operations across multiple locations, ensuring HVAC & Plumbing materials, equipment, and parts are accurately staged, received, inventoried, ordered, and returned to support service and installation work. Manage receiving, inventory control, weekly cycle counts, warranty returns/RMAs, and parts runs between locations; communicate shortages, delays, and substitutions to dispatch and operations. Maintain organized, safe warehouse conditions, label and stage jobs, verify quantities and model numbers, and generate replenishment orders while coordinating with HVAC suppliers and consignment vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling
- Forklift operation (certification required or obtained)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
