Warehouse Coordinator - 1st Shift

Functions as a liaison for shipping/receiving with customer service, quality and production personnel. Manages the shipping process, and is responsible for the inventory management for incoming and outgoing company products and parts necessary to manufacturing of flexible packaging. Notifies and/or delivers incoming product to end user and delivers small parcel packages, rolls of film and boxes of finished pouches to appropriate locations. Unloads inbound and outbound loads, picks, stages, and scans orders for shipments, ensures items are picked in the order scheduled to be shipped, and completes load documents for scrap disposal. Performs daily receiving entries in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) and manages raw material and critical supply inventories, including maintenance and cleaning of inventory area, inventory organization and racking, inventory cycle counting and reporting, monthly inventory accounting. Responsible for managing all outbound shipments, including preparation of sequentially numbered paperwork in software accounting system, management of packaging materials inventories, packaging of product to be shipped, and arrangement of transportation services. Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas. Also supports other parts of operations as needed (pouch assistant, slitting, and press assistant).
