Job Summary
Warehouse Conveyable Picker in Savannah, GA starting at $20.00/hour with incentive. Responsibilities include labeling boxes, accurately distinguishing product descriptions and item numbers quickly, communicating inventory needs to Warehouse Area Manager, safely operating conveyor lines, maintaining inventory control and security, assisting in other zones, and ensuring a neat, safe facility. Must be 18+ with strong attention to detail; experience with pallet jacks/forklifts and power equipment is preferred. Ability to read/write basic math and operate handheld devices; physical requirements include lifting up to 50-65 lbs and working in non-temperature controlled environments. Drug-free workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Six months of experience in a similar position strongly preferred
- Experience operating electric pallet jack, forklift, and other power equipment preferred
- Able to read, write, and perform basic math computations
- Regular, reliable attendance required
- Able to stand and walk, reach with arms and hands, lift and carry, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Able to perform greater than average lifting (50-65 lbs) with some overhead lifting required
- Drug Free Workplace
